I respectfully disagree. When R-I outcome is announced a success, it will shoot much higher than $10 immediately. I think it will exceed 5 before R-I announcement. All my opinion of course.
No, my plan is very much a plan. BO isn't happening one day after RI results and my plan covers all bases of PPS. I (and I imagine 95% readers here) wholeheartedly disagree with you that it won't be $10 immediately following great RI results. But if you are correct, then my PLAN is not to sell.
