Dr, D can always get more shares. Secondly, nothing has been mentioned about Fluticare being approved in Q1. They hope it will be approved in Q1 as they hope in Q3 and Q4. Why give out stock you don't have to. The original called for the balance up approval. That should have been fine. I think you should ask yourself why Dr. D allowed the final distribution without consideration of the approval. That is bad business. Hoping or feeling confident doesn't mean it will happen.
I think you need to ask yourself why is the perception of INNV so low/bad. The share price certainly doesn't reflect confidence. You can't just blame the traders.
