I would not be surprised to see the company "stretch out" the data analysis time to a period as least as long as it took for the 1st interim...granted they may be looking as less data..I would not be shocked to see them to slow things down particularly if they decide to halt the trial this time around. The reason being that they can continue to add events up unto the point they halt the trial...Delaying could get them very close to 90% of the planned final events..at that point they are short 160 or so events...
