Given what they claim one would think it should get all the common forms.

But then how can you predict what the FDA does?

Derek.....to the best if my knowledge there is no such thing as exclusivity for a label. the exclusivity drug makers get are for the drug compounds or manufacturing techniques based off patents. the only reason they wouldn't get a specific label is because the FDA makes a determination that the evidence submitted doesn't support the claim. In other words the mere fact they are using Blue dye as a deterrent or forewarning of abuse, the FDA may say we aren't allowing that label because we feel blue dye would not be a deterrent.
