Exactly, that's why during the lawsuit TMMI updated
and found a new avenue....
TMMI has completed development of a new and distinctive digital compression
and
scaling technologies unrelated to the original fractal technology or any subsequent applications of that code.
So how could DD3 be really certain about TMMIs new technology????.
He can't!!.
