Whatever he said, he didn't say Tmmi should be delisted. That would be dumb. Smitty is just plain wrong, as he is on his spin about the last hearing, and just about everything else he has said.
DD3 has said he doesn't think much of the technology of either company. He is certainly right that neither company has developed anything of demonstrated commercial use.
It's well passed time for Tmmi to show critics wrong and deliver.
