Rk, after baseline in this phase 3 its approximately 3 months to the next scan. Then at 5 7 9 etc. Given their other data isnt that the perfect amount of time to allow for the transient pseudoprogression to pass? I think they nailed trial design. Obviously i wouldnt allow crossover and make it even easier for OS but that isnt our primary.

AVII, she would have been fine in the trial. Jennifer had 3 injections, and then as you know Month 2 scan (56 days after injection). This trial uses RANO ......

Let's revisit this later. If we explore multiple issues simultaneously it confuses anyone attempting to follow.

We addressed the 6 vs 12 Temodar doses (not sure if you conceded that point)

We are currently discussing the mean vs median issue
