In Phase II there may be a possibility that some sites are placed in the USA.
I haven't seen a protocol for the 1b trial, have you?
Your posts sound a tad confrontational. If that is your intent, I'm not quite sure why. All I have done is agreed with another person's post that the process isn't as straight-forward as one might think. I speak from experience. I have monitored drug trials that were based in both countries. I have not seen any glaring differences in the regulatory processes.
