You have expertise in clinical studies and I don't. When did they say any part of phase 1/2 would be in the USA? It is strictly a Canadian trial approach from anything I have ever heard from Roger. They didn't even file with the FDA for any trial from what I have seen. You obviously have a ton more information than I do but I sure haven't seen any reference to it.
The only reference to offshore trials was in the projected final phase at 26 international locations.
