Hmm...You appear to be correct. I just got the Law360 alert, but I did not attempt to access the actual document until just now. I suppose that must have something to do with the confidentiality order. It would make sense that the minute order would be sealed/inaccessible if they were talking about confidential subjects during the settlement conference.
