They may very well have considered TGF-b, OX40 and others but between current business considerations, future potential deals with others, comments from their scientific advisory board and the potential for Direct to go it alone, they may have decided to "work out a deal" with big pharma using their current leverage based on the results of their upcoming Phase 2 combo results. Those combos point a big finger at when, not if, there will be financially beneficial partnerships or exclusive or non exclusive rights to L announced. The potential ability to make the use of checkpoint inhibitors safer makes this just about a done deal. Best wishes.
