Because this board is lit up like a Christmas tree lately I am reading the posts backwards from most current to least... regarding the patents I believe you will find that SKS has filed patents. My baseless thought is that he, like his dad, may enter into a licensing deal with wavx. I HAVE NO IDEA naturally but I was curious why he had applied under his name and not the companies. Perhaps it is to SAFE GUARD the patents i.e. you may buy out wavx but you'll never get the patents lol... I don't know but I would appreciate your patent background and skills to shed a little light on anything you find out... tia.
