From the information posted by absinthminded, I can see that their argument is that they deny infringing, but not much info was posted about how they weren't infringing. The second argument is they believe strike force doesn't own the patents, at least not fully, and thus it cannot be used in court.
Rest assured our Blank Rome lead attorney, Mr. Wolfe will take no prisoners in this matter. Their choice is simple IMHO, settle or take the chance of having treble damages won in court by SFOR. Tear 'em up Mr. Wolfe! (or, you don't get a thin dime since you're working on contingency. that tells me you're confident of legal victory).
