Are these owned by us, the Wave investors, or are the patents leased to Wave
by another entity for Wave's use/sole use ?

SKS's Answer-

Owned by Wave with the exception of the initial data broadcast patent that is
exclusively licensed to Wave by it's inventors that include peter Sprague. There
is also the metering patent that was licensed from the titan corp. in the early
90's. The 10K covers this in detail.
