The list of those awaiting collections from RP is likely so long - Lattuca will never see a dime from that bum if he keeps putting up public appeals such as the one we saw on yahoo just a little while back....
This folks- is why we have nothing to worry about --the case was already decided and after 7 years. Unfortunately - the statue is 5 or 6 years. There is no statute that ever beholden star new owners of GEGI. This was already addressed months ago when I actually came onto thr board and reference that I know how ray can't have ownership in GEGI anymore. The fact is- I also know there isnt a securities lawyer that would take up a case against GEGI-- especially because it's been dormant for 2 years now with no active filing or business registration.
That fake attorney email -- or at least what we call a "fishing expedition" in the legal world - does more harm than good for Latucca and that attorney, Brad Hughes, who now has to hold to merit, these claims that he is deposing anyone about anything related to this case to engineer money back form RP through GEGI. It's laughable to think he's first on the creditor list too. THATS ALREADY BEEN DETERMINED.
What I will ask MR. Hughes in a more formal inquest --- what right does he have threatening a CEO of a publicly traded company to conform to his sketchy phone call or better yet...how about suggesting STRAIGHT bribery, by claiming if she does call him back- he may no longer fictitiously be forced to depose her.
Sorry folks, but attorneys do not send emails like this IN SERIOUS CASES and they most certainly send them via the proper channels which is through attorney to attorney. She has listed counsel so there is no way this letter would be sent to her as opposed to her counsel at Qedn. Again another red flag and why it's sad,....The attempts being made here.
Settled months ago and proven way beyond the statues to affect GEGI --- and gosh --laughable 90k. It's a huge company came into GEGI - and they really owed 90k- who give a crop. That's what makes this so dumb.
Too bad. Life lesson. NEWS FLASH?...Don't ever give your money for a fake gold company to Ray Purdon. You weren't alone my friend. You were NOT alone. But lying and spreading false info - is simply no way to go through life IMO
