Don't just hope. Make a call, and encourage others to do the same. The California State Securities division might be a good place to start, since that's where the company is located. You should also contact the one in your own state, if it's not California.

Here's California:

Evidently if you file a complaint with them online, they do get back to you; it says at the site that you can even check to see what's being done with your complaint.

And the state's attorney general's site provides a phone number for the DBO:

To File A Complaint with the Department of Business Oversight, use the forms on the department's website or call 1-866-ASK-CORP (275-2677) or (916) 327-7585.

If nothing else, the rate of return you stated they are quoting investors should instantly get the attention of any regulator. There are no legal investments with those kinds of massive returns.

Were shareholders who agree to buy Series C stock sent any kind of prospectus? If so, has anyone posted a copy of it?

And apparently some have been sent certificates. Has anyone posted an image?

Do you have anything you could link us to about this "offering"? Either from the company, or from someone who's bought into it? A description from the company would be good. How did it publicize the offering?

What, if anything, does TPAC do?
