Great post seven-up. Virtually every state in the country has multiple programs initiated to combat the opiate epidemic. The FDA can do there part in fighting this battle by granting clearance to Actipatch. It is one more vital tool that can be effectively used to reduce the saturation of addictive pain pill usage.

It would be interesting to understand why these statistics are what they are. There has to be some legitimate reason for it if not for recreational purposes.
