The only falsehoods with TPAC are very well documented on this board. The .01 EOY target, claiming they didn't know who was diluting but around the same time the 10Q shows MASSIVE conversions and dilution going on, Boeing, Projen, AVIC, two signed contracts claimed last September but not one detail ever released, etc etc etc.
