I think SLJB and Marquee Asset Management recognizes the urgency with all the big money sitting on the sidelines. The site will improve IMO.

All of the websites of the parties involved in this are amateur with the exception of Emaar Properties. I've been communicating with Emaar to get confirmation of even the slightest relationship with SLJB. I have received a response but am still digging to get something substantial.
