what you're claiming, which is brought OLD debt from DKTS and used the date the DKTS note was issued as a reference point to when ISBG could issue free trading shares.

I was trying to be nice. If you want to think they did something illegal, that's fine. Pierce learned how to do this from Craig Huffman, though I'm sure Mazzo and/or Adi brought it up as well.
