Danny- you "refuted" nothing, since all you seem to want to do is debate the meaning of "sharply", "recently", etc.
I note that you do not, because you cannot e.g. explain why TC's and ISS' criticisms of HC's conflicts of interest, lack of independence, lack of industry contacts, lack of industry experience, etc. are still NOT applicable today. You also conveniently and completely ignored the express will of voting shareholders, which ran contrary the BoD's recommendations for 3 consecutive years.
I see no reason to attempt to continue to discuss these issues on the merits with you since you do not, because you apparently cannot, address the substance of the issues, either ignoring the substance or arguing the meaning of terms like sharply and recently.
So, I dropped this thread, until you demanded this response.
