I agree, with Steve Sulja pushing this forward he has to much to lose to ignore the shorts.

opportunistically I agree the best solution would get the MMs to agree to cover!

Good post OP, my opinion is that Wessal will be doing a lot of buying 'at or above ask' after the audited fin's are out to offset any dumping the MM's might try. I also think the true believers should set aside some funds to do the same and show our support. At the top side we will be better off for it.

Hell of a post OPP!! Hell of a post.

what i don't get is how the SEC continues to allow naked shorting? i understand grandfathering past ftd's. i don't really agree with it, but I understand why they had to do it. but how do they allow the naked shorting to continue?

Naked shorting would have to add shares to the float, and would they even need to be covered? they're make believe shares. The whole thing is still very strange to me.

Very well said. It's a HUGE issue that is best dealt with as intelligently as possible.

Good points re NSS, Opp. This theory that company insiders are selling shares to let the MM's off the naked short hook in a win-win scenario seems to me to be the best fit with what's been happening to SLJB over the past couple of weeks.

The insiders still make big profits on the sales as they bought these shares sub-penny. The MM's/hedge funds take a hit but much less than they would when the PPS really takes off.

Presumably part of this possible deal is that the MM's/hedge funds agree not to target SLJB in their nasty little scams going forward. The PPS is allowed to rise to its proper level based on earnings, assets etc.

Much as I'd like to see the NSS scammers hoisted by their own petards this sounds like a good deal to me.

OPP, great post, I disagree regarding how SLJB should approach the situation though. The MM have already gone nuclear in the way they illegally attacked this company (formerly LFWK), and it's time someone made them consider the ramifications of their actions long down the road.

SLJB should not play nice with these people. It's equivalent to playing nice with terrorists. They should instead hit them hard with everything they have available and continue hitting them. The MM's have far too much wealth and ability to shift resources around to go bankrupt. They will simply have to pay, and pay well. Maybe the next time they want to take a company out of business, they will think twice.

Your post sounds great on the surface, but, I think that's just what too many companies have been doing for a number of years. No one has taken them to task for their illegal activities, so they feel free to do it over and over.

If Sulja makes a pack with the devil, expect them to get used down the road. Better to stick a dagger in them and get on with business.

One thing I do agree with though is they shouldn't do it publicly the way Dennis attempted to do. They should instead just let their numbers, coupled with transparent accounting practices do their talking for them.
