OPP, great post, I disagree regarding how SLJB should approach the situation though. The MM have already gone nuclear in the way they illegally attacked this company (formerly LFWK), and it's time someone made them consider the ramifications of their actions long down the road.
SLJB should not play nice with these people. It's equivalent to playing nice with terrorists. They should instead hit them hard with everything they have available and continue hitting them. The MM's have far too much wealth and ability to shift resources around to go bankrupt. They will simply have to pay, and pay well. Maybe the next time they want to take a company out of business, they will think twice.
Your post sounds great on the surface, but, I think that's just what too many companies have been doing for a number of years. No one has taken them to task for their illegal activities, so they feel free to do it over and over.
If Sulja makes a pack with the devil, expect them to get used down the road. Better to stick a dagger in them and get on with business.
One thing I do agree with though is they shouldn't do it publicly the way Dennis attempted to do. They should instead just let their numbers, coupled with transparent accounting practices do their talking for them.
