MYSTIC size isn't as large as the numbers look, it has 3 arms enrolling all comers including PD-L1 <1%. It needs at least 40% above defined PD-L1 cutoff to have 150 patients per arm like KN024 - CM026 had 270 per arm in PD-L1 above 1% cutoff.
It is not entirely clear to me where AZN 25% cutoff stands vs MRK and BMY. On one hand, ESMO presentations showed AZN/BMY/MRK PD-L1cutoff numbers at various levels similar, Roche different, but look at some of AZN data presentations, for example bladder cancer, percentage of patients above 25% cutoff was very large.
Anyway, this is going to be a big event for AZN, disclosure not optimal at this point.
