You questioned the qualifications of folks to criticize management or the compensation system at IDCC if they have not served e.g. as President of a company.

So, I ask you if you deem these folks QUALIFIED to comment on corporate governance and compensation specifically at IDCC?

* Heartland Fund, our largest institutional owner?

* Tom Carpenter, analyst?

* The majority of voting shareholders?

* Dr. Ira Kay, Watson Wyatt Worldwide?
