If this management team can achieve the 75% goal by the end of the 2nd 3 year cycle, then they deserve every penny they will get.
IMo, there were abuses in the past and as HC claims in order for the company to survive and we have to live with those abuses for awhile until all the past granted options are exercised. Most on this board confuse what happened in the past with what is happening now and there are those who are exploiting that confusion.
