ahhh, your dealing with some serious semantics if that were the case, and it wouldn't set well with establishing credibility if true.

I take that sentence as saying pretty clearly "we aren't selling shares". And I don't see a construction person like Steve Sulja as one who talks in the language of lawyer-speak.
