#48854 RE: greenspirit #48847

green...the Prof wrote what I really had in mind...just a few posts back. dilution happnes only if A/S is converted to O/S...if the O/S itself that's being held by mgmt is sold to others...its not dilution...and that's exactly what I think is happening.

mgmt. is selling their shares which are part of the O/S...which in turn are being purchase by either of these 2 parties:

1.) MM's for covering their short positions, are buying back those shares
OR
2.) Wessal is buying those shares in the open market.

no way it's just retail buying, or else share price would have dived a bit.

I'm leaning towards thinking mgmt. struck a deal with MM's to allow them to cover their short positon at these prices..win win for both parties...company will not have to fear their share prices being bogged/held down by MM's short positions...and the MM's will not have to fear covering at extra large prices...

I also think there is a deal between the two parties, based on the fact that Sulja has been repeatedly stressing "you'll see why we did not have to reverse split"...when he is saying that so "loud and cleaR" in many PR's...which of course the MMs also read just like we do, it only means one thing IMO...Steve knows that once MMs are done covering their short positions with the shares that insiders are selling (NO DILUTION...just like he reiterated in the PRs), there will be nothing to stop this stock...

My theory is fairly clear and makes sense to me in every way...your thoughts??
