You keep talking about the dividend as if it will raise the shareprice so somebody has to be stoked about it...As far as the theory I think is in the process of filing so they can do things in parallel...
In my opinion The SEC will not even accept there filing if there is no public float.
Why is that so hard to understand. It's the only possible explination for the recent selling that really makes sense. When you stop to think about it.
In my opinion the Auditing Firms wll not even be interested in doing any SEC filings until there is a Float. The Auditing firms must sign off on this kida stuff. They will not be interested in helping Sulja Brothers set a trap for some shorts.. Establish the float. Then set the trap.
Trust me, as Much as I would like to see the Company really stick it to the Naked Short Hedge Funds etc.. They will have to play by the rules.
In my opinion Sulja Brothers has enough on the back burner to take make the shorts cover for past mis deeds.. The PPS will seek it's correct value..
Once the float is set in place. Audited financials will get the PPS moving forward.
For now all I can do is trust my instincts and Let Sulja Brothers do what they feel is best to get the PPS to it's proper level.. If that happens making a move to the Nasdaq will not be all that hard. MOO FFB-Fish
