2 things to consider for NAS listing application. They must meet ALL listing requirements PRIOR to listing application except one. That ONE is the 90 day rule. Their SP must be at either 4 or 5 with ALL other requirements met such as net tangible assets, float, number of shareholders, etc. prior to listing application. Once at 4 or 5+ for NAS Small Cap or NNM, the SP must CLOSE at or above that level {either 4 or 5 } for 90 consecutive days. I have watched other companies who have a vested interest in seeing their big investment uplisted, such as Goldman Sachs in the past, support that SP during that 90 days. It takes a heavy to do that absent continuous good news, but Wessal or some other big entity stake in SLJA can definitely do it. This is how I've seen it get done over the past 15 years. Trust me.
