I understand what you're saying Fish. I just don't believe they can't audit the financial statements without dealing with the float issue. Imagine what a press release like this would do for the stock price?

One pr saying this....

"The Canadian accounting firm ------- has completed their detailed audit of our 2005-2006 financial records and found no discrepancies. The records can be viewed by going to http://www.suljbros.com

Sulja has hired Price Waterhouse to complete SEC filings in order to expedite our transition to higher exchange-listings; specifically targeting the Nasdaq and Dubai stock Exchange. In addition, a .005 cent monthly dividend will be issued to all shareholders of record beginning September 01, 2006. Our internal analysis shows the dividend will be a financial wash to the company, since insiders holding a substantial portion of the public float have agreed to return their dividend to the company. It's purpose serves only to reward our loyal shareholders".

Game over....

With this strategy they haven’t tipped their hand regarding the naked short issue, yet they’ve thrust a severe dagger into the heart of any hedge fund.

2 things to consider for NAS listing application. They must meet ALL listing requirements PRIOR to listing application except one. That ONE is the 90 day rule. Their SP must be at either 4 or 5 with ALL other requirements met such as net tangible assets, float, number of shareholders, etc. prior to listing application. Once at 4 or 5+ for NAS Small Cap or NNM, the SP must CLOSE at or above that level {either 4 or 5 } for 90 consecutive days. I have watched other companies who have a vested interest in seeing their big investment uplisted, such as Goldman Sachs in the past, support that SP during that 90 days. It takes a heavy to do that absent continuous good news, but Wessal or some other big entity stake in SLJA can definitely do it. This is how I've seen it get done over the past 15 years. Trust me.
