MY3SON8-Sure agree with you on general greed in corporate America. the big trouble is that most BOD's are pawns for management. We get to vote on them, but never get to choose them. Most were pick by management instead of some shareholder board. We could vote the BOD out, but the average shareholders vote is peanuts in comparison to management & their cronies. In almost 50 years since WWII that I've been investing in well over 100 companies I've never seen 1 BOD member voted out in any of these companies. Maybe times will change for our grandkids. At least let's hope so. Walt
