Danny,

I think I understand why the incentive was increased from 225% to 300% if 150% of the incentive goal was meant.

This from the proxy filing.

Long-term corporate performance (currently measured over a three and one-half year cycle and subsequently over three-year cycles) is used in awarding compensation to executives under the Company’s LTIP, as described below.

Perhaps the extra 1/2 year for the current incentive period was the reason to increase it from 225% to 300%.

Very good advice.

I was in Las Vegas for a week with my son.He was playing in the world series of poker.There were about 4,000 out before he went out.

He said the same thing to me.

I try not to get too upset over things over which I have little or no control over.

DannyDetail-As shareholders we should have control. I'm sure the 40% ownership by mutual funds & institutions don't want their shares diluted. They voted against dilution in 2003. Why aren't we able to vote on all these new bonus plan management is getting? Walt
