I think I understand why the incentive was increased from 225% to 300% if 150% of the incentive goal was meant.

Perhaps the extra 1/2 year for the current incentive period was the reason to increase it from 225% to 300%.
DannyDetail-As shareholders we should have control. I'm sure the 40% ownership by mutual funds & institutions don't want their shares diluted. They voted against dilution in 2003. Why aren't we able to vote on all these new bonus plan management is getting? Walt
