look up 'origami' microsoft's ultra-portable PC. they will kill the PDA. PCs will still have their role, but their growth days are done. their 100M units per year will probably decline somewhat. i'm hoping that add-on screens will become common for handsets. wireless keyboards and mice are routine. with moore's law still going strong, the cpu could easily reside in a handset with peripherals for everything else. OLEDs, flexible displays, etc... will revolutionize portability. see you guys later.
