1.)They make a boat load of cash by moving assets from McCusker into the shell, driving up PPS .
2.) there are approximately 300 million shares in the hands of the company . At $1 PPS, they have $300 million in borrowing power, at $2 PPS they have $600 million, at $3 PPS they have almost a billion... if my math is correct.
Malc... I am holding stock in another shell owned by a billionaire. This billionaire is known and respected globally and as high as the Presidency. Now this individual has a ton more experience than this entire board... I say the comparison McCusker, they have a ton of resources that determined the best approach for them to go public .... the shell approach was the directive.
Time to get on board.
