There have been no quarterly disclosures nor any real disclosures filed on the OTC infomercial site since April 2011.

Tracy is the custodian of the shell now and someone updated the company profile.

But the Nevada SOS site does not even show any reverse merger yet. The stock is trading purely on speculation and forward looking statements about all kinds of things with no actual fiscal disclosure whatsoever.

There is no reverse merger reflected yet in the Nevada SOS database, and no disclosures on these recent public actions, like the amended and restated articles.
