How are they making a boat load of cash, by selling front loaded shares of ORRV?

Again, data we don't have to determine if shell etc., is/was the best approach to going public!

There is plenty of evidence out there showing how a shell hijacking is a very poor way to go public, especially if you are a legitimate company, and I have linked it today.
