Cross license agreement between Eontec and LQMT is for non-CE. This is CE discussion hence no "conflict of interest" yet. Any "conflict of interest" can be resolved via M&A between the two companies. I learned that from Ponzi Musk.
CE with CIP must be approved by "Apple and LQMT". This is the reason Li acquire LQMT.
All BMG formulation can be subject to scrutiny by LQMT (and all licensee include Apple). Eontec and ProMetalTech and Turing has all thumped their nose so far. Note all these companies has Li linkage and Li chose to acquire LQMT.
All CIP CE product must be approved by "Apple and LQMT".
All CIP non-CE product must be approved by LQMT only.
CE accessories with CIP cannot "associate" with Apple CE product.
CE accessories with CIP for non Apple product can be subject to scrutiny by "Apple and LQMT".
Consumer Electronics is only a subset of Consumer Product.
