Just a follow up on contracts, the hundreds of pages of contractual agreements with Apple over many years, painstakingly worded by (no doubt Apple's) lawyers going in at $500 an hour, leave open a deluge
of opportunities going out at $500 an hour to argue each sentence, each comma, and support an array of paralegals, judges, and politicians to weigh in as well. Judicial system hell, as I mentioned. This is an American indulgence based upon stare decisis, the notion that there is a previous decision that prevails. Why then does every lawyer that speaks honestly will tell you that nobody knows what the heck any jury will say, or for that matter any judge on any given day will do?

Chinese jurisprudence, and countless other countries, are basically corrupt. In fact the only country that is most likely not,
is the Republic of Singapore because they pay their judges something like a million dollars a year so they are not likely to be corrupt. And punishment there is tough.

I have read thousands of contracts, litigated in courts around the world (not a lawyer but attended law school then went into business and hired litigators)so don't do that anymore. My one point, is that without clarification from LQMT/Li/etc what is the situation with Apple??? Since I do not depend on any income from Apple, what
can they stop LQMT/Li/Eontec etc., from doing????
