Someone posted earlier that all these filings with the SEC about POOLWORKS and POCKET GAMES was a mistake and they had the wrong company. It was suppose to have another of the companies owned by POPE/LEVIN.

It was corrected in an amended filing. Since then the company filed a form 15 to deregister their shares and stop reporting to the SEC.

Of interest though is one of the directors named for that company was a director of POOLWORKS at one time.
