Ask him if he knows about the Berlin Court Judgement to the old owner of Poolworks for $3 million. That should clarify the situation fully as he did not address it, nor was the question asked. Thanks.

Did you email or call the CEO about that Poolworks court order as indicated in this post? I see it is dated the 29th yet the CEO is claiming he knew nothing about it until the 30th in a conference call.

He knows now, and the deal is still on.

So he knew and still said the deal was still on? what day did you tell him?

Yep, an outstanding court judgement to the previous owner of Poolworks for $3 million for debt owned to him. Another company tried to buy them but when they found out,they cancelled the deal. Who ever buys Poolworks owns the debt by court order. I am not sure the CEO of MMEG even knows it exists until after he buys the company, then 'whammmm'! The CEO needs to clarify the situation for all. That is the way this was explained to me! JMHO
