You would think it obvious, with the complexity of weather, that sometimes they are not always correct. And, obviously, the nearer forecasts are more reliable.
This 14 day chart is paid for by Wall Street con artists. Anytime you see a report based on predicted HDD coming from NOAA--you can bet that it is deceptive. Its too bad someone don't put out a score card keeping tract of all the fraudulent science floating around. Scientists are now worse than used car salesmen.
