The only negative here in that this article relies of NOAA heating degree days. I know NOAA well... Their weather scientists are downright crooks. They put out a 14 day chart which is total bullshit simply because no one can predict temperatures 14 days in advance. Three days maybe; not 14!

This 14 day chart is paid for by Wall Street con artists. Anytime you see a report based on predicted HDD coming from NOAA--you can bet that it is deceptive. Its too bad someone don't put out a score card keeping tract of all the fraudulent science floating around. Scientists are now worse than used car salesmen.
