Sounds more like a voice for the status quo.

The company stumbled and bumbled their way to get to this point and the fact that they were in a state of confusion when asked about a business plan going forward does in fact show "nothing has changed".

Don't worry though, shareholders will most likely get another chance. They'll most likely blow through money rather quickly and we'll have another shareholder meeting to authorize more shares.

Value has to be created. It doesn't appear out of thin air. If Esposito was able to sell a company at an enviable price in the past, it's because he had the position and authority to build the company and thus create the value. That's all I ask: I want our CEO to go to work every day and promote Medizone to the world.

Your's has alway been a voice of reason, for which I thank you. I generally agree with your assessment of the current status.

However, two points:

1. We weren't expecting issues to "miraculously disappear" - we were expecting simple courtesy and hoping for LEADERSHIP.

2. "Ed really doesn't understand the power and value of communication" ... which is precisely why change is needed.

As I said before, "I will then be extremely optimistic".

Ben, are the voice of reason on this board. I totally agree with you. Ed,may have made mistakes but he is not the crook many on this board seem to think he is. He is trying to manage a penny company which poses many more problems than a regular one does. Too think that he is milking the company and screwing the SH, Imo is totally unfair to him And not justified. Ben,keep the reasonable posts coming.
