If you read either the license agreement between DFI and Iterated or the eventual legal one between DFMI and Iterated neither say anything about TMM in them do they? TMM was not a party to the transaction and added nothing to the deal and owned nothing from the deal. But nice try attempting to somehow include TMM in the deal. LOL
He had been promised 'B' shares of TMM for that effort. He was trying to be a "super shareholder" for TMM stock. You know the history. TMM failed to do its share and DFMI went another way.
