We all know CCEL or any other interested buyer would never answer a question related to CBAI.

That's common sense...

And to even remotely suggest suggest that the settlement to the lawsuit could have a bearing on the possible sale or merger is wrong imo.

That " settlement " suggestion would have required an 8k filing, as it would be a material event.

Finally, I am not arguing what CBAI is worth, merely commenting on what I feel the offer will be.
