The Wolfpack is aware of the NASDAQ stock issuing rules. Keep the price low so the company has to issue massive number of shares and thus be limited by the 20% rule. Northwest had no choice at this point to delist now.
Even with positive trial data they would not be able to take advantage of the favorable share price while on the Nasdaq. I expect good news followed by a favorable financing. If no buyout occurs then resisting on Nasdaq.
Interesting that Argos has indicated that they wish to go the buyout option.

Exactly:- They have messed up their chance. When the pps went down to low $0.30's I admit I had my concerns however, if anybody actually tries to argue that now we will be in OTC that we cannot raise enough funds to - at least - complete phase 3 just put them on ignore as quite simply it is not a credible argument.
