Matt, There is still a problem with the moderator on the CHDT board. That person seems to think that she can control what is said about the company and or it's CEO. Thank You.

so we'll have up to 4 moderators per board soon.

I hope that doesn't make it four times worse.

Some of those "cult" boards have cult leaders moderating them.

With one or two exceptions.

Consider giving some of your personally trusted IHUB members more power to help you.

The power of temporary bans, deletes, etc. I'm sure you have a number of posters, especially ones that you personally trust who you even met off the boards, who'd be willing to help out.

With the power of say a 24 hour temporary ban, one or two of your trusted assistants could probably clean up a board pretty fast when it gets out of control - and without pissing off and losing IHUB members as they would get an alert "you cannot post on this board until this time and date because a site moderator has temporarily banned you from it"

I really think these boards can be cleaned up pretty fast, while still staying very active, but retaining the quality IHUB is known for instead of letting a few cult boards turn into an RB board.

What is your definition of a "cult" board? It doesn't seem to fit the PAIM board. You might want to look up the meaning of the word "cult". There are people that have stronger beliefs in Bill Gates and his company than in Pearl and PAIM, so does that make the MSFT a cult board?
