This order is real and confirmed but it is not directly from Coca Cola Japan to SHOM, it is
Coca cola place order to a Japan agent, and agent place the order to SHOM Taiwan subsidiary.
The letter of credit which is used as international trade payment has been issued and working
on delivering the product recently.

We will make a correction on the press release to clarify this order flow.

REALLY looking forward to the correction in this devastating PR -- that the order stands!
The Coca Cola order is for real and we will hear more about it soon.
The agent ordered it, not from CCJE directly. Maybe CCJE is just a stickler for details and wanted to get it right.
I suppose we will find out soon.

If this is true folks that held or added here will be fine. Next time SHOM Management is going to have to be more careful on how they word their pr's. I still doubt there was any fraud here. I think this was a miscommunication on both companies. Coca-Cola admits they did receive an order from SHOM just no contract.

So pr was misleading looks like this was worded by lawyers both cannot be true today's clarification was a big difference from the original. So who issued the retraction?
If the retraction was bogus why clarify and change the original?
