There is fraud alright and a big one its called stock manipulation.

An 8k with signed agreements will clear this up.

Company won't file it because it does not exist.

BTW material events of this magnitude should be filed.

True they need to be very careful how they word their updates.

If this is true folks that held or added here will be fine. Next time SHOM Management is going to have to be more careful on how they word their pr's. I still doubt there was any fraud here. I think this was a miscommunication on both companies. Coca-Cola admits they did receive an order from SHOM just no contract.
