It isn't going to happen, that is fairly obvious at this point. Just a repeat from the summer of 2015.

No Form 10
No "uplist"
No audited fins
No FINRA approval for a merger.

now we are told no time frame... and they are probably right which means that whenever it happens it happens... later then sooner with this group. As mining has closed for the winter I would presume if they are looking to open and be more productive come spring they would want to get this done before spring of 2017...if anyone hears of any credible piece of info that is not a slam but informative let us all know... curious susa
